Italian tradition is beautifully reflected in the production of limoncello, proving
once again that an incredible drink can be made from simple ingredients.
Limoncello is so deeply rooted in Italy that many families still prepare it by
hand.
As a result of tradition and the "ricetta italiana originale della famiglia Rossi,"
Lemonchero & Co. was born — a handcrafted limoncello, made in Puebla,
Mexico, yet true to its Italian roots.
For years, this drink has captivated palates around the world. Lemonchero & Co. is made through a natural infusion of yellow lemon peels, alcohol, sugar, and water, free from colorants, additives, and preservatives.
The lemon peels come from the "Femminello" variety, widespread in Italy, known for its fine-grained peel and high-quality essential oils.
Lemonchero & Co. combines the original recipe with the finest raw materials.
Thanks to Puebla's ideal climate and soil, it offers a true lemon liqueur —
intense yet delicate on the palate.
Lemonchero & Co.+ is a traditional Italian limoncello, made from a natural infusion of hand-selected lemon peels. The lemons are harvested at peak ripeness, washed, and peeled by hand, carefully removing the bitter white pith and preserving the aromatic yellow peel. The peels are steeped in alcohol for around 30 days, extracting their essential oils and color. The liquid is then
separated, and sugar and high-quality grappa are added, creating a limoncello that is both unique and unmistakable.
Origin: Puebla, México.
Italian traditions teach us that limoncello should be served very cold. Enjoy it after lunch, any time of day in a cocktail, or at room temperature during winter for a warming effect, thanks to its high sugar content.
In other words, it's always a good time for limoncello!
